Rosemaling is having a moment in Waseca! Judy Tweeten will be teaching this Norwegian folk painting style. This red frame with white design is perfect to hold a sweetheart's picture (4x4 inch) - just in time for Valentine's Day! All supplies are provided. Must have a minimum of 3. Limit is 12 students. Judy Tweeten is from Hartland and is teaching in Waseca thanks to a Waseca Area Foundation grant.
