Sept 14, 2-4pm Artist Abigail Blythe will teach her unique watercolor on canvas painting technique
Service Description
Abigail will demonstrate two different techniques for painting with watercolor on canvas showing a few examples for reference. Additionally, she will teach how to prepare the canvas with watercolor ground and even share a DIY method. She will supply step-by-step instructions because this process is time consuming due to the multiple layers required and the drying time in between for projects to be finished at home. Time will be given for participants to experiment with watercolors on canvas and ask her any questions that may come up. Participants may bring their own watercolors and brushes or use the art center's.
